We completed our IVA two years ago and got all the PPI paid into it at the time. It completed on a full and final settlement. We have just got a letter about financial mis selling of pay day loans, investments, pensions etc. We have not been mis sold any of the products they mention and have already...

What a long road it has been! The strangest thing I've found is having spare money again and that even though I have this, I'...

Thanks, I have just had a look at our proposal and although it refers to windfalls, it only says we have to inform our IP in writing if we get one. Is £500 the standard cut off point or would we have to declare small gifts eg £10 ones if we have several of them? Thankfully we have already been offer...

Hello, We are planning our wedding and the thought occurred to me that we may receive cash gifts from some relatives or friends that are not sure what to buy us (we live together so would not have a conventional gift list). Where would we stand with this? Would it all have to be piad into the IVA or...

Hi, wondered if anyone could help on this one - we have just started our IVA and my partner may be offered a better paid job (he had the 2nd interview on Friday). The only problem is that he will not be paid overtime anymore. Will the creditors take all of the difference in salary? I'm presuming tha...

They accepted our IVA with modifications today!! Can't quite believe it! We are so relieved and we are signing the paperwork as soon as it arrives with the modifications on. Quick question though - one of the clauses is that we achieve a minimum dividend to the creditors of 44p in the £ by the end o...

Hi, had internet problems again so this is the first chance I've had to post for a while. Our creditors voted yes but as a condition, they wanted all the money from an expenditure we put in for my partner. It was for him to finish off a professional qualification it has taken him years to do. He is ...
