I am sooooo happy, my full and final offer has been accepted! CF have been really helpful and I am hoping for a quick turnaround with my completion certificate.
Is your name removed from the insolvency register straight away or is it like your credit file and stays on their for 6 years?

I am getting very stressed with Creditfix. Kindly, a member of my family is helping me by making a F&F offer possible. After speaking with Creditfix, I submitted to them all the required documents to what I was led to believe would be the department actioning it but it has been passed again to anoth...

Hi, I'm making a F& F offer due to a kind family member offering the funds for this purpose. I've been told that they need to write a letter saying the money is only for this purpose and the reason why. He is doing it to relieve the stress I'm under is this a good enough reason to state? Can anyone ...

I'm going to be making at full and final offer soon but I am in a dilemma. At present the Iva would receive 9783.75 if I continued paying until the end. Would 9k be a good amount to offer? Or should I pay the December payment then make the 9k offer as the amount to go into the Iva would then go down...

Managed to get through to the 'client supervision' dept at CF today and spoke to a knowledgable person. She advised that it is the person offering to make the F and F lump sum that writes the letter saying why they are offering to do it. Is this right? As another person at CF told me it's me that wr...

Thank you, I think that I didn't speak to the right person. She lead me to believe that there is an actual dept for dealing with queries such as mine and if so, she should have transferred me. I shall ring again tomorrow.

I've spoken to Creditfix today and was advised that I should make an offer based on what would be paid if I continued until the end of the Iva. They said I should email a letter stating the offer amount and why/ how a f &f offer has come about. All of this makes sense. But I then said that if I make...

Omg, what a nightmare! I'm ringing them tomorrow to get the ball rolling, hopefully they are getting organised because leaving people dangling like that is unfair and unacceptable.

Thank you Michael, so basically you are saying that I should make an offer but advise that for each monthly payment I make in the interim, my offer will decrease by that amount.
