I am no longer on the Insolvency Register. Each of my defaults have come off my Experian Credit Report on the day they became 6 years old. There's no mention of a discharge. Is that something my IP should have done or was it always my job? I kinda wish I'd been told this.

If I send the relevant copies today, will the record come of reasonably quickly or are we talking a year or something similar?

I have to say its all gone very smoothly until now, but I am a bit despondent to hear they cannot tell me when the refund from HMRC will be dealt with. On those grounds, though unlikely, it could be months or even years.
Not overly happy.

It's going to be a very long 6 days!
