Hi Daniel, without knowing all of the facts it is difficult to comment on your post. I would recommend that you contact your case officer as soon as you can and run through all of your queries with them. Alternatively you can contact me directly and I can look at this for you.

Hi menorca, if your equity is less than £5,000 and there are no other clauses in your proposals to state otherwise, you would not be required to make any additional payments into your IVA. I would always double check your proposals and contact me and I can check for you.

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you are having difficulties paying then you need to speak to your IP as soon as you can so that they are fully aware of your problems and that way you can come to and agreement for moving forward.
