Got a question.............. if I were to eventually live with a new partner, how would his income effect my IVA? Would he have to help pay? Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't remember the rules

Hi there I was contacted by the money group some months ago (cold called). I realised that an IVA was my best bet in order to sort out my finances. The guy who had phoned me was VERY pushy and I agreed for them to propose an IVA for me. I sent off my information, but they wanted 2 months money upfro...

I'm also with Mel, and have recently had my IVA accepted. I didn't have the funds to make an up-front payment, but she agreed with me that I could start paying on my next payday (which was a couple of weeks after the meeting)

Well done! I paid my first one a few days ago too so we're at the same point in our journey xx
