Hi Mikeym, no this is the full email i received. Are you a GT client? "You should have received written confirmation that your Mass Variation was rejected on 17 September 2013 and I apologise if you have not received this. In your variation modification it states that distributed to creditors within...

****UPDATE**** I have just received the email below from GT and from the weak response I can only deduce that I and 1000s of others (by sheer coincidence) did not receive this alleged notification. I have requested a copy of this 'notification' and wait with baited breath for it to materialise. In t...

Yes, very interesting Foggy hmmm. Still no contact from GT :( I will continue to keep you all updated as and when. I really do hope that we GT clients on this thread and other threads are the exception to the rule with regard to the lack of communication from GT? If not I think I have just opened up...

Thanks for your feedback Leese and Peejayel. Well it looks like we (collectively) may have semi - answered Mel's question.... "I don't see how a creditors meeting can take place either without the knowledge of the person who has the IVA, or how they cannot be advised of the outcome"....Well it looks...

I agree Viperboyz, I really am at a loss as to what to do...<sigh>. No one will come back to me. Again I put it to any GT clients out there: 1 Was you ever written to and given your Mass Variation meeting date, for information purposes. 2)Were you subsequently informed of any rejections/outcomes On ...

I agree, I don't know how these decisions are made without our knowledge either - I never even knew it was being held in September. So I really would be interested to hear from other GT clients (existing or otherwise) to know if: 1)they ever knew their Mass Variation meeting date 2)If they were info...

Yes very interesting. Still shocked as I neither received a letter, email, text nothing about this 'rejected' mass variation meeting held in September, especially when you consider how hotly they pursued me to agree to it! My F&F was only a few days prior to yours Helpless121 so I would double check...

Hi all, I wonder if you can help. I had a full & final settlement accepted in November 2013 after starting my IVA in 2010. I was on the day informed (by phone) of acceptance and a creditor modification for GT only at the time, stipulating that GT needed to close the account within 90 days - I also h...

Hi all, I think the point here is that we will all be affected in some way by the VAT rise. For example our phone bills & petrol etc. It's not just those who have money for the finer things in life. We will all need to buckle our belts even tighter- a scary thought as mine is at bursting point alrea...
