Hi, I am currently in the proces of getting all my paperwork together to apply for an IVA, btu was just wondering what happens if it is me that wants to apply for the IVA but I have a joint bank account that should be included?

Just wondered what happens if I apply for an IVA but we have some joint debts like a bank acount??

After a positive 24hrs, I am suddenly starting to feel really worried about my creditors meeting. What if they all say no???????? I feel so positive sbout making the decision to go for an IVA that I would be gutted if they didnt agree.

An IVA was never really discussed with me at the time I took on my DMP, but after having looked into it more it seems like the better option for me to be able to make a fresh start - I dont think I will ever get that on my DMP

I have just had a look at the list of Insolency Practitioners on the iva.com website & can't see Harrington Brooks on there. Should I be worried about this?
