all four debts were included in the IVA so how come they have wrong dates on them ???

Thanks not to long then but these defaults dates are dated after 22nd feb 2011 they are all in march 2011 is this normal as not sure thanks before

I entered an IVA in Feb 2011 With Mcambridge and Duffy F&F settlement completed Cert in May 2012 still got 4 defaults showing 2 for me 2 for my partner please advise what can I do to sort this out

Hi they are trying to claim it back from me and no it never stated i was single but they are stating we where as i did tell them my partner went to his moms for a week all confusing as we have never split up ever just alot of stress from IVA

tax credits are stating that i said i was single when i was not please help me im besides myself time in question is when I was in an iva can i do anythink 10K is alot of money

can you get a credit card just to build credit is this a good idea or not

I have been waiting since the 7th march for my completion certificate in IVA for 12mths I know people on here that have had there completion in ten days so Im just sitting waiting hope it wont be to far away I would hate to have to wait 6 years

Hi awaiting completion certificate and my partner is self employed and has to do his tax return if he was to get a rebate of any sort would it still have to be paid into iva ?
