also we were going to claim PPI back on all out major debt mainly the bank he told us if we were in an IVA all money sucessfully claimed would go straight into the IVA is this correct (worth doing)?

yes we did but not due to go out till 27th july but will keep checking just in case

thanks guys im gonna ring them , email and write they cant say they havent been notified then although not actually making a payment until july they have our bank details ,iva details etc which is a bit worrying yep agreed think its best to stay in the IVA and continue on x thanks for all your advice
