Hi duracel, I too was pretty amazed at the laid back attitude but found I had to keep repeating the same thing over and over to some of them.
It certainly made that stage of the process a lot easier to bear as I was expecting a lot of hassle from them[:)]

I owed MBNA the greatest amount (15k) but they did not send a single letter or make any phone calls to me. Capital One, however, who were owed £1,500 pestered me night and day.

Hi there Key, my iva was accepted last week and my debts are with MBNA, Egg, Halifax, Capital One, Lloyds TSb and Tesco. All voted yes apart from MBNA who did'nt vote at all.
