I have done - 3 times and even threatened with reporting them to the Information Commissioner - to no avail. Totally ignored.

I need somewhere higher up to go to I guess.

Thank you as this is now over a year since we completed our IVA and still they keep the account as showing open and in default which obviously is affecting our credit rating and our ability to clear our name.

I know - my poor Relationship Manager from the IP is pulling his hair out as all the big creditors like Natwest, Santander, Egg and Barclay Card are still showing us as "NOT SATISFIED" as well. Despite me using the letter on here and sending through the certificate. I am at the end of my tether as w...

Hi guys, I am having problems with Experian refusing to lodge a dispute regarding our IVA. It ended on 18th August (according to Certificate of Completion from IP) and although Equifax and Callcredit show it as discharged, Experian is refusing to change their records. Does anyone know how to resolve...

Hi Folks, I have been writing to all the creditors and CR companies and sending them my certificate of completion - or what I think is my certificate of completion. It is just a letter from the IP which says that we had x amount of debt and have paid y amount and that the IVA is now in full and fina...

We have had our Full and final offer accepted on 17th July but have still not received the completion letter. I have been offered a new job and they won't issue me a contract until they can have a copy of the completion letter as they say I still show as being in the IVA on the Insolvency register. ...

Thanks Guys. To those who asked questions. I discussed everything with my IP/RM and we paid F&F enough to keep the dividend the same as the creditors would have received. As I am now jobless we also had to make sure we had enough to live on until I get another job and I also kept enough to retrain s...

Wonderful news for us today. Creditors accepted Full and final offer and we are at last debt free.... just the paperwork to complete and it is all over. A long hard slog but well worth it and I have to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Freeman Jones and all the folks on this forum for their s...

Thanks guys. It's hard not to stress especially while trying to find work in today's climate. I am competing against hundreds of others.

Anyway, as long as I keep a positive attitude I know it will be alright and I have all the encouragement and support I need here. :)

Thanks again.
