I too would disagree with Mel. Credit Unions are the way forward - do not put savings in any account linked to a creditor, at best you will get the money back after a lot of unnecessary stress [;)]

Forming a limited company, with a trusted family member as lead Director who is not in an IVA, could be a way forward. Not expensive.

The really frustrating thing is, when PP said it would be 6-8 weeks to receive the CC, and it hadn`t come after 11, I triggered an official complaint which - wait for it - will be resolved within 4 weeks[:(!]
