hi i`m currently on an iva and wondered could i claim back on the ppi ? would that pay off some of my debt or would that just give more back to the creditors ?

So why change my payment structure again in nov last year I made amendments to my account then april comes u put me back up again ? so really i should of gone br first ? Your credit file will be shot for 6 years from when you go bankrupt and you will have a failed IVA on your credit file. You will probably have a IPO for 3 years too. Is this really something you want to do? It might be worth chatting to your IP about it first.
