I do need to give my IVA another shot and do appreciate help I have received from this forum.
If I send you a copy of my old IVA can you assist me putting the revised one forward and allow me to appoint you my new IP to win this case.

My IP has only followed up an IVA after an Interim order has been issued.

other creditors are Northern Rock,American Express.barclaycard,Egg,Capital One,HFC,COOP Bank,Barclays Bank.
restraining order I mean an order granted by the court whereby no court orders can be placed against me during IVA.

If I pay off MBNA with a remortgage can I just resubmit IVA .Basically I will not be able to have another restraining order granted by the court. All these creditors have been waiting a long time for payment so maybe they will not accept IVA. some have sold on debt to debt collection company.

I agree. But he cannot understand them himself . He has not tried to make a deal.
The Creditors meeting was 14th March & was adjourned till 28th March. But nothing came about. I am now in serious problems. Basically he felt was unfair to deal with ant creditor outside IVF.

No . My IVA was based on lump sum payments 0f 39.5p per pound for all creditors.
Basically this would have been financed with a remortgage.

I had my IVA REJECTED basically because a major creditor MBNA representing about 25% voted against .But would pay the same dividend outside an IVA.
