Finished paying IVA last year. Still no completion. Is there an ombudsman that can be told what is happening. GT are recommended by CAB - who are really good and trusted. GT breaking that trust.

Grant thornton asking about ppi....just say no...you dont automatically get a ppi and if you try knowing its wrong its fraud and can get you into trouble...its wrong what they are asking and immoral

RBS keep changing debt collectors - as soon as one gets fed up - because they realise am in IVA with GT they eventually give up as I always tell them to put it in writing. RBS are fully aware am in IVA - do they just do it to annoy or are they to tied up with obscene bonuses to care ?
