i m with GT and although they are difficult to contact if you don t get someone first time,they are very good once you enter into dialogue.more to the point they are incredibly pro customer in monetary stakes and putting forward your point of view....this above all is why i rate them.they got me a 1...

just had 60k iva accepted with return to creditors of 9p...no modifications...i know how you feel but ip will fight for you as they put in a tremendous effort with no return until it gets accepted,they must be confident.fingers crossed for you.
