What would happen if I just stop paying the Mortgage and IVA - Reposession, Bankruptcy - This seems the only option at the moment as the Wife whants me out, and I need to be able to rent somewhere else!!!

Wife and I no longer together - 4 kids
she wants me to go
I don't think I can afford too!!
Do I go Bankrupt? and start again?
what will happen to the house?

So if my wife wants to stay in the house - I carry on paying the mortgage and IVA + rent somewhere for me - what if I can't afford this? what about paying/supporting my children?
