It's a tricky one because as I only own 50% the terms of the contract only allows me to rent it on a 12 month rolling contract. Hi, i just news to clear a query that i have.
I have been told by a mortgage broker that although a iva clears from the credit file after 6 years, a lender will not give you a mortgage until after 10 years after the start of the iva. Is this true? Thanks

I started my iva in June 2009 but completed in with a f&f in May 2011. The reason for my post is because although my defalts won't clear until 2015 my experian credit score is 999 excellent but my Equifax is 284 poor. Both accounts are up to date but I just don't get it? All help welcome. Thanks

A friend of mine completed an IVA via a F&F in December 2011. He still hasn't had his certificate issued also he is still on the insolvency register. Is this normal because I had my certificate and name removed within 7 days of completion.?

Camping can be great but must admit, not nice taking tents down during a change to the weather!!

We go when the kids are at a
school because mine are 3 and 10 months but come next year we will be paying top whack!! No more holidays when the kids are at school, we will just have to grin and bear it
