sorry your iva has been rejected, hope you find a suitable way forward, 8 years is a long time however iva can be 5 or 6 even and many people with personal loans do actually take a term of 7 years. but there is always a way forward i'm sure your ip will advise

hiya clare, the variation fees are usually taken out of your payments and calculated within the payment structure by your IP, we are after all in IVA's they must understand we dont have a spare £750 lying around, i dont think you will be expected to find this up front.

hi evilmoo, i think you should insist DFD consider what would happen, if these changes to your income take place, because even if your son does go to college this year in two years time he will finish college and you will then loose your tax credits etc, and you will still be in your IVA for 3 years...

i have googled them,they seem to have plenty of offers for free credit reports for a month, but advice for statutory £2 reports, and an address to request ammendments seem to be well hidden!
