I am with Clear Debt, Yes it was the expense of christmas but also my roof needed to be botched up, but now I need to get it fixed properly and I just dont have the money to pay for it. Thanks for all your advise, I will call Clear debt next week and ask for some advice.

I am currently struggling, and have no money to my name this month, does anyone know if it is possible to take a holiday from your IVA for a month?

Just a quick update. My IVA was approved today. It is such a relief. Clear Debt were fantastic and all went smoothly. I complained to Express Debt Solutions and received the initial £250 back.

I have paid them £250 for my first months payment which apparently will stay in the bank until the IVA is approved.
