Are you wondering whether to say something to them - or to their IVA company? Are you sure of the circumstances i.e. that they deliberately withheld notifying their Supervisor so they could keep the money? As above, yellow pages or CAB - or you could try the Community Legal Advice helpline - 0845 345 4 345. I believe they can advise on specialisations and Legal Aid solicitors etc.
