Hi,

I looked into ppi re-claim companies recently, and it was my understanding that their fee's and commission were deducted from the amount won ???

Have you got a copy of the agreement that you entered into with this company as surely their fee's and commission will be deatiled within it

You have to declare it SORN, that way you are fine but it cannot be on a public highway. You'll have no problem with monthly payments Suzanne. My situation is very similar, my partner has not had a pay rise yet but is due one in the next few momths. As michael has said ours was calculated on joint total income. The total household expenditure was then divided on a percentage basis i.e 70% of household income = 70% of household expenditure....
