but thats the problem, i cant forecast my earnings for next year so dont know what i should realy be paying,in any 2 years my earnings can vary by as much as 20k

my IP has explaned it to me but it doesnt make sense, all hmrc debts for last & this year are included in the iva but i stil have to pay what they estimate my tax bill is going to be for this year over the next 12 months by instalments to my supervisor, it condradicts itself! i,ve already asked my ip this and the answer is definately yes, although you wont be able to get credit if its a new startup

spare me a thought when you are taliking about fuel, i,m spending £1000 a week on diesel for one truck at the moment, 18 months ago it was £650

thats good then thanks, it was just the "DO NOT TAKE ANY NEW CREDIT OUT" condition of an iva that concerned me as i think technically thats what you are doing, arent you?

thats a good point lesley, i,m just trying to be positive now, i was a bit unsure how i would cope with an iva and running a buisness but as long as i can manage without needing any new suppliers i should do ok

i got one of those for a large amount only 2 weeks into the iva process, i didnt here another thing until after the iva was complete so i wouldnt worry to much
