i thought i had totally stuffed up my IVA through stupidity and sticking my head in the sand AGAIN spoke to DFD today total stars they have given me a payment break and sorted my arrears out for me, can't thank them enough and thanks to everyone on here for the advice to contact my IP To anyone else...

Apologies in advance for the length of this post. I have an IVA and am asking about DMP on behalf of a friend. They have debts totalling roughly 18k owed to 5 creditors with the majority of the debt 13k owed to the halifax, could anyone tell me if this is to large a sum to take into a DMP her salary...

they're aware of it they keep resending them copies of the chairmans report and have told me to keep mine to hand at home incase they call round, which they did 3 months ago they just tell me not to worry that they can't do anything funnily enough they are then only creditor that voted against

ive had my iva since march 2010 and i still get weekly phone calls and letters from one of my creditors and they have passed it to a debt collection agency even tho they know i have the iva

where abouts in the country are you ? my letting people are livesmart@home they have places all over england there excellent and pet friendly lots of people in my flats have dogs i cant fault them for service either
