Please could somebody tell me how many pauments you have to miss to default on your agreement and what the process is, i have stupidly listened to bad advice and have stopped makeing payments

Apologies in advance for the length of this post. I have an IVA and am asking about DMP on behalf of a friend. They have debts totalling roughly 18k owed to 5 creditors with the majority of the debt 13k owed to the halifax, could anyone tell me if this is to large a sum to take into a DMP her salary...

im really cross now because i struggle to pay them i pay by bank transfer each month so the transactions are on my statements and i will be ringing DFD in the morning

it was the company that i am with now for my iva they told me that as i did not have statements with sums ect on them they wouldnt include them, i have been doing overtime for the last 13 months purely to pay back these debts !!

i was told that i could not include the debts of £2500 and £1100 to my daughter and a good friend is this wrong ?

they're aware of it they keep resending them copies of the chairmans report and have told me to keep mine to hand at home incase they call round, which they did 3 months ago they just tell me not to worry that they can't do anything funnily enough they are then only creditor that voted against

ive had my iva since march 2010 and i still get weekly phone calls and letters from one of my creditors and they have passed it to a debt collection agency even tho they know i have the iva

im orange to just upgraded my contract with no problems

where abouts in the country are you ? my letting people are livesmart@home they have places all over england there excellent and pet friendly lots of people in my flats have dogs i cant fault them for service either
