Certainly in some ways it will be a positive thing for a creditor to post. I would just be a bit concerned that it may put newbies who need advice off posting. I am not sure I would have posted on the forum when I needed advice if I had known that some of my creditors were also posting.

I am a Community Occupational Therapist and a good lot of my clients have signed their homes over to their parents for the same reason that your parents want to. It has to take place a number of years before they go into care so it is prudent of them to think of it now! If they keep insisting on it ...

Barclaycard were one of two creditors who voted to turn down my IVA which is bizarre as the only alternative was bankruptcy and it was clearly illustrated that in bankruptcy they would have got nothing!!
