We spoke to Debtmatters last night and they gave us a copy again of this Notice of full implementation to all creditors bound by the arrangement of me. They have confirmed all cheques have been cashed and that we no longer exist on the Governmenst Insolvency register. Melanie you make mention of a C...

Yes it completed and full and final payment was made last January 2007 when our house had been sold. The agreement we had was a lumpsum payment after the sale of our home which we did do, but 15 months down the line we still haven't received our certificate of completion. The only thing we have rece...

The last document I received was a Notice of full implementation to all creditors bound by the arrangement of me. When I mention this certificate to my IP company some people I talk to confirm it's existence and some don't. I'm going to see them tomorrow night to try and get this certificate. I was ...

I have recently received a statement from my IP saying words to the effect that all payments have been made and the IP would be vacating the office. I have sent copies of this to Experian & Equifax. However I still keep being asked for a Certificate of Satisfaction/Completion? Is this an actual cert...

Hi Melanie, The initial meeting with our creditors was 5th Sept 2005. The payment made was a full and final settlement from us Jan 2007. And no monies paid to anyone, 2 claims remain outstanding and therefore unable to pay any dividend. The company is DebtMatters. I want to know how I stand legally as well, as if I complain thr...

I have had an IVA and it was paid in full 01/07. It's now 10/07 and no sign of my Certificate of Satisfaction. I have been given various excuses for this, so much so I am looking to complain to the IPA. How long should this take to receive? I have also heard the company who is managing this is looki...

Thanks Kris,
It is the Bank Account thing I was more concerned with, after having an IVA I'm very fussy about people Credit Checking me. I'm not looking to borrow money with the bank, I will just be using it for an online Merchant Facility.

Melanie,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
As I am currently in rented accomodation, I am interested to know how long after an IVA (once I receive the Certificate of Due Completion) I will be able to apply for a mortgage?
Thanks again
