Completed our IVA with a F & F with Grant Thornton in January this year (11 months ago) and despite numerous telephone calls, emails etc have yet to receive our completion certificate. Can anyone advise how I move this forward now and feel this is getting a bit ridiculous now. Thanks!!

My partner and I have been in our IVA since Sept 2009, and are due to pay back approx £21K of a £59K debt over 6 years. Over the last few months we have managed to pay approx £11K (including our normal monthly payments) over to our IVA by working all hours and my partner receiving a large bonus ever...

Does anybody know if you can still have a functioning Paypal account (for Ebay purposes) if you are in an IVA. Have bought and sold on Ebay for years and have had no problems with my Paypal account but in the last week (and about the same time as my IVA commenced) they have frozen it and won't tell ...

Thank you everyone! GT are the hero's of the day. 11 Creditors including Santander, Lloyds and MBNA. Over £60K worth of debts on cards and loans in total. 100% Acceptance Vote. Agreed at 20p/£ but taking into account our bonuses and overtime at 50% they should end up getting about 70p/£ by the end o...

We contacted CCCS who suggested that a DMP or IVA would be possible solution. They have put us in touch with Grant Thornton. We opted for the IVA in order to have 5 years of hell instead of 18 years (estimated time to pay DMP)and be able to start to live again. We owe A LOT but only have approx £350...

We are just in the process of (hopefully) entering an IVA - the courier is coming to get the paperwork tomorrow. Quick question, I'm self employed and my salary goes up and down. In the coming months I might earn £2K a month for 3 months and then £2,800 the next, £2,600 the following month and then ...
