I was with BE when I had my iva,been bankrupt for 3 months now and have had my certificate of failure but am still getting letters off them requesting documents,so think this department still needs work on it.

I just needed a letter from iva co to say that they had no objection to me filing for my own bankruptcy.I was told that nowdays no court will let you go bankrupt without this.

I went bankrupt 3 weeks ago,I just went in smart jeans, I did see the judge, just in an office and he was really nice.Bankruptcy can be a godsend as a last resort.

It's a really good account the online bankings great and they've even sent me this free thing(haven't worked out how to use it yet)that you put next to your modem and put your card in and apparently you can do even more online.

I opened cashminder account 2 months ago,says visa electron on it,I'v found I can shop everywhere with it,except tesco online, tescos shops take it but not online,had to swap to asda (which is probably cheaper anyway).

Just a quick question (probably a stupid one, but here goes), I was in an iva for 2 years,had to let it fail cos husband lost his job so now bankrupt,had a letter from iva co saying I owe them £1,500(50% 0f extra earnings) I don't have to pay it do I.

IV been reading my locals for months and the only ones I'v seen are commercial or this week 1 from 2004 saying dividne was getting payed out and another from 2005 saying the same,don't know what thats about,so hoping mines not in.
