Oh thanks for the kind message.

I have just worked out that I owe £9600 as I have almost completed a year.I can only get hold of the £4,000 as she hasn't any more spare.
Don't really know what to do now. Will give my IP a ring on Tuesday
thanks

The facts were there from day one as my son was coming up to 18 where you lose the benefits that I speak of.I think we all assumed that my wife would get work, but this hasn't happened . I don't want my daughter to remortgage if it is not possible that they would say yes to this. Thanks for the comme...

I was just wondering if it might be a good idea or not because I didn't want our daughter to remortgage for us if folks thought there was no chance of this going through. We really didn't want to go bankrupt

When we agreed to this we were advised to go with it because they can't make someone give you a job.My wife does look for work because even 50 % more money would be dead useful.I don't think it means that if she doesn't get a job it will fail.I never thought it meant that anyway. I haven't got an is...

Sorry I haven't made myself clear. It is in my agreement that my wife must seek work of 35 hours. She has been trying but has had no joy yet. In Sept we will lose $120 from our monthly incoming money so we will be that much short each month. I know we will gain a bit with my son not living at home.Do...

Yes you are right there. I am now looking for a job with pay at minimum wage.I would never of dreamed of doing that before I got made redundant. I am just so worried that by finding a job with less than 35 hours would breach the IVA like it sort of states. On minimum wage, I wouldn't be earning enoug...

They are very reputable, and it is probably me that is causing all the confusion here.I do need to speak to them as you say. My main worry here is that it states i must seek full time work of 35 hours, but if I can only find work of say 20 hours then I don't think I would even be earning the 10% tha...

Hello, thanks for that. You have done really well, you should be proud of yourself
Can I just say that when my husband gets overtime then we do and have paid that extra into our IVA
I have no problem with this and think it is fair and right.

Broke of London. IWe are in debt, you are in debt. We are paying off our debt, and it is hurting us (does that make you feel better) You are paying off your debt There is no need for your holier than thou attitude, we are all paying out what we can afford We all have our reasons why we got into the ...

I understand you are looking, but your comments about whether it's worth your while to get a job and "a lot of effort for little gain" is a slap in the face to all the people who do work to pay their debts and those who would like the chance to work to pay their debts. You took from the creditors n...
