Sorry to hear of your problems with Mitchell Farrar. I used Mitchell Farrar for my IVA which concluded in August 2012 with a full and final settlement and I found them very helpful and understanding.

Maybe the possibility of redundancy and the fact the offer increased their dividend was enough for them to agree to accept the offer ! Are you suggesting maybe creditors should wait until a debtor has actually been made redundant before considering any offer ?

How would you stand if you had say 26000 total outstanding debt but when the iva fails you have paid off 14000 leaving a total of 12000 !

Hence maybe making a remortgage possible to clear my debts ! So I could argue this as being one of the reasons I am now in an iva !!

But had the ppi not been added my mortgage balance would £000's less than it is !!
