hi i have debt of about 53000 and have creditors meeting next monday my ip firm which is grant thornton are putting forward 19p in the £ how do people think this would go as now in state of worry as dont know what would happen if does not go through as we have 3 small children just worries me now

Hi I have a date for meeting on 31st what normally happens do they normally just vote it in or do they normally make amendmants to it

My cards are now being passed on to debt collection agency and my iva is still not set up hope to have set up early new year are these people worse than the actual creditors and what can they do. Can they turn up on my door and demand anything really upset at mo because is never missed payments then...

how many missed creditor payments can i miss before they start taking court actions

Should i continue to not answer phone calls from creditors will it make things worse for me if i dont speak to them

Has anyone used Grant Thornton for iva and what are they like

It's not nice missing payments but know its for the best un the ling run. Will not answering the calls make it worse for us in long run should we answer now as all creditors have letters telling them about our situation
