Thanks for the advice, when and if the time comes I will talk to my supervisor, what would happen if the money ran out before I found other work, would that push me down the BR route.

A quick question, if I am made redundant later this year and receive a payment of about £8k, will this go straight to my creditors as a windfall payment, or am I allowed to keep it, keep paying the IVA until I find another job? I used Thomas Charles and they where realy helpful, the IP used in my case was Wilson Phillips, who where also great and got my IVA accepted first time. so I would recommend them both. Cheers, Mark. Hi Hels, I found once I had the creditors meeting arranged most of the calls stopped, some never even phoned me after defaulting and stopping all direct debits. My only adivce is that with most creditors, let them know whats going on and tend to leave you alone for a while, but from what others say ...
