thanks skippy, thats interesting. so in theory if my 3 smallest creditors were the only one's to show up and voted yes the others would have to accpet

if all the creditors who vote, vote yes, but they only constitute say 50% of the debt.

The other 50% dont vote either way, is the IVA rejected then?

is it possible to end up paying more on an iva than you currently owe? e.g. if your disposable income increases radically? Or is the amount capped at how much is owed to the creditors at the start of the iva

Thanks Lesley, im dealing with mealnie giles team so will ask on my next call, just trying to clear some doubts this evening.

My other concern would be about change of circumstances, Im moving in with my fiance, does her income then have to be included? And does it change again when we are married?

are they regarded as one creditor or 2? also over 25% of my debt is with halifax, are they a difficult company when proposing an iva?
