yes melanie my wife has two other debts £900 + £3000 which she pays £20 per month which she started when i enterd iva.no assets at all

hi lesley
how would it work when they use both our income to come up with a disposable ammount to pay mine.we have no more money would she be better going bankrupt.we just don't know which way to go

i have been in a iva for the last 16months.now we have had a letter saying we owe £33000 from the sale of our house which we surrenderd 9 months ago.the question is could my wife join my iva as she is liable for her share my share as been added to my iva

how could my wife pay when they use her income for my iva,when we did income and expenditure they said we had £150 surplus which pays my iva.could i cancel my iva and get a joint one with my wife or should we go bankrupt as we have no assets

hi all
did a volentery surrender 2 mths after starting my iva which was 14mths ago the house as just sold and there is £25000 short fall.what happens now as i am only in the iva not my wife .our payments to the iva are based on both are income and have no more spare money if they want us to pay

daft me just phoned the ppi company up and it was a joint loan with my wife,would she be able to keep some of the money if any, there is only me in the iva.

we moved mortgage provider in 2004 and payed are old mortgage off plus the secured loan which had ppi so you would think she is entitled to half as we both paid the mortgage since

put a claim in for ppi wich was with first plus.my question is, it was secured against our home wich my wife and i both paid but it was only in my name,can my wife keep half as i am the only one with the iva.it was a joint mortgage so dont know how it is just in my name as my wife would have to sign...

we was in the process of selling as we entered the iva.we are moving into adaptable property for my disabled daughter wich should be ready in march,the property is new council house wich is still being built

sorry the charge i refer to is the restriction on the property my iva company put on to let them know when i sell it.there is about £10000 equity at the last valuation 3 weeks ago
