Thank you Declan at DFD. Your team has prepared a variation with a proposal to end IVA early in light of my circumstances.
I am still not working and currently having chemotherapy, not a very pleasant experience so far and I still have a long way to go.

Will I be able to keep my job if my IVA failed and I was made bankrupt? I work for a county council as a social worker.
Also is a debt management plan still an option if the IVA fails or does the IP automamtically petition for bankrupcy?
