I am currently nearly 2 years into my IVA and my circumstances have changed and my income will decrease. I feel I will no longer be able to pay my IVA. Please can someone advise me on how bankruptcy works and how this will effect me and what it will involve

Can I ask my IP for csa to be removed from my IVA, if so, would this reduce my monthly payments and could I claim back what i've paid already to csa through my IVA? Sorry for all the questions but I need to get this sorted out.

He is adament that he is not sending any info to anyone, he says his earnings has nothing to do with anyone else and he is not disclosing his wage slip with all his information eg: NI number, bank details. How will this affect me if we just live together, are the same details needed? [:(]

My ex was paying me CSA which later CSA was determined that I was not entitled to. Therefore they have given my ex a refund and now I have to re-pay to CSA. My IP says this is not arrears which cannot be included in an iva but class it as a debt.

I have spoken with my IP and have logged a formal complaint. He said that they will be contacting CSA as they believe that it is not classed as a debt, because the overpayment has already been paid back to my ex from CSA and I am now having to re-pay CSA. I'm confused! Surely this is still a debt!!!

Thanks all, I am paying £337.00 per month. I will try and contact them again and speak with my IP and hopefully get this sorted!!!!!
