Hi, I wrote to all the credit agencies and included a copy of my cc. It still shows on my files (it will until the 6 years are up) but it now shows as completed with the date of completion. I also did this for the insolvency register and that too shows as completed.

Hi, We made our 60th payment on the 26th October but I had uplift to pay from my casual job and had to wait for the wage slip to come so I could scan it over. Last night I emailed my wage slips over and also paid the last uplift payment and in the email I asked them to let me know if there was anyth...

Hi, I'm an ex PJG client too and the proposal says exactly the same as yours. However, on the next page it clearly states how the equity is worked out, with the 85% being deducted as in 85% LTV, so if Creditfix try to work it out any other way I will refer to the breakdown. Thanks for highlighting t...

Hi, our review was due in November but usually carried out in October so through November and December I kept contacting them but they just said they would contact us soon each time. When it got to January I filled in the PJG I&E form and sent it via email to pjg@creditfixme.co.uk explaining that we...

Hi, thanks very much for your reply, I'll ask them about it,but I'll see what the estate agents come up with first. Does anyone know how the equity share might work out? The mortgage is just in my husbands name, which is notified on the IVA paperwork but it says that I may have an interest in the pr...

Hi, I hope that someone might be able to help me. April will be our month 54 where we have to submit a valuation. I have asked a chartered surveyor to perform a forced sale valuation but they have informed me that termination doesn't really exist, but they could perform a Restricted Realisation Repo...

Me too, got the letter about the t & c's today where they say they have been trying to contact me. Only contact I've had is when I've called them and I've not had the promised welcome pack or phone call! Still no annual review that was due in October either. I'm thinking of sending them my PJG templ...

Hi, can anyone help me understand why the creditors claims would go up to or over 15% as stated earlier in the thread? My paperwork says the total amount owed and creditors claims agreed - how could it go up? It said the same amount on all my PJG reports in 2011,2012 and 2013. Surely at the end of t...

Clause 9 worries me too - in my post today (titled Credfix annual review) my annual report states that the expected dividend is now 4.6p rather than 21p in my original paperwork - I wonder if this is any thing to do with that new clause?

Hi, Here's an update on our situation since being transferred from PJG. I have emailed 3 times about my annual review that was due in October. Today we got a letter with a copy of our annual report. Our original dividend was 21p in the £. At our last review we had upped it to 39p through uplift paym...

Hi, in response to Credit-King's post, I paid my uplift for November yesterday in the usual way - into the PJG Bank account and emailed Creditfix to let them know and included a copy of my wageslip. They emailed back the same day saying that they don't require wageslips to be sent unless there is ad...

This is so strange how some people are being declined - even when they've said they don't want an overdraft etc. When we did it over the phone I told them we were in an IVA and that we didn't want any credit or credit checks. The guy was really nice and said that the application didn't need a credit...

Hi all, we had a step account too, but when we got the letter saying it was changing, we were allowed to upgrade to their select account which you can have for free or for £8 a month (select silver) with travel insurance and other stuff. We said that paying £8 a month for stuff we didn't need would ...

Hi Annierose. I had an intrest free loan from my employer and they deduct £25 per month directly from my wages. When we applied for the IVA this was taken into consideration, as not paying it could have caused problems for my employment. It was written into the IVA agreement that when the last loan ...
