Made my last payment in January 2014 and have just found my CC sitting on the door mat [:)].
Am I right in thinking that I can`t start any clean up process until 6 years have elapsed which will be on the 18th December.

Hi
My IVA with GT finished in December although I do not have the certificate yet.
I would like to replace my old car with something a bit newer using finance, and was wondering if I can go ahead and do it or do I still need to talk to GT first.

I have only ever heard from GT twice, once at the beginning of 2011 when they took over from BE and also at the beginning of 2012 when they sent my annual report. I have had no contact from them regarding payslips or anything else so figured i would just send them anyway which is why i wanted the ad...
