£500 thats why i am asking its quite a lot massive mistake by the council as well

its was over 2 years my income and expenditure has gone up this year not down that just softens the blow
not forgetting vat went up but my iva stays the same my car insurance is through the roof as well

the council have over charged me and are now offering a refund is this mine or do i have to hand it over to my iva
dont want to take it then be told i have to give some back

good news today work has just got a big order and looks like the next 6 months is secure
still no pay rise but at least i can keep up the payments on my iva
who knows what will happen in 6 months maybe i will win the lottery

my wife has opened a business account with barclays it is her business and i do not work there
i owe barclaycard as part of my iva can they takes monies from her account
and offset them against me or does being in a iva already mean they cannot enforce the debt as long as i keep up payments

do not worry they are paid to harass you tell them in a firm voice to go away and change your phone number then enjoy christmas with the family dont worry what the return is for the creditors thats for your ip to sort out its better you are getting help than going bankrupt then they will get nothing...

the other question is will have to hand over half of any extra she earns she pays a % of the bills and i dont see why that would change as her money is hers and the bills are mine from before we were married i also understand we are in this as a team and if money is owed we will pay it just gets on ...

i dont think her earnings will change too much at the start more of a long term thing and better job security

my wife has the chance to start a new company and is not included in my iva

how will this affect me and will her credit rating be poor with me having a iva
the mortgage is in my name only
will i have to declare her new earnings to my ip and how much will thety take from us
