The house market having been poor meant I did not have enough equity to fulfill the IVA. A compromise was to extend th...

I was with Payplan for the whole 72 month term of my IVA.

Yes, the Case Officers change a lot, but apart from yearly income and expenses form, I only contacted them once in the 6 years.

I received my Completion Certificate about 6 weeks after completion.

I would certainly recommend

I had all this with my IP.... exactly the same argument.

I actually heard her counting up to 72 looking at a calendar!

If your first payment was in Sep, then your last payment will be in Aug.

My IVA finished last month and today I have joined Experian who give me a GOOD credit score of 900. I still have 10 accounts showing, 8 of which are shown as nil balance and satisfied, and 2 which are shown as in default. All the accounts are over 6 years old. Question - Will these accounts actually...

Without going too much off topic... I once (about 15 yrs ago) caught a burglar in my house.... After I battered his little, puny, spotty, drug crazed face in for about 20 minures, I phoned the police. I explaned to the SOC Officer that I may have gone a little beyond using minimum force in his appre...
