Thanks for the replies, My annual review is due soon and will probably fall around the same time my income increases so no worries there although I am planning on moving in with my partner so my review is going to be a messy one and will have to include her income ect not looking forward to that but...

Hello, My income is set to increase by £350 per month can anyone advise what additional my IVA agreement will require from that increase? and also if my payment increases can I ask my IP to negotiate a reduction in my IVA by one year as it was set up as a 6 year IVA originally?

I am with GT and the only contact I have hav in 18 month was from them seding me a copy of a letter they had issued to my creditors saying I had not responded to my annual review, in actual fact they hadnt contacted me!!!! Are there any bonuses which are none declarable to the IP if not guaranteed?
i.e. Basic salary reduced but made up by a company performance/ profit related bounus? or an attendance bonus??
If this is not guaranteed can you just advise the basic salary?

I am just trying to work out my best option as I am unhappy in my current job and I have already turned down a better paid job due to the fact the IVA rules would take 50% on any additional surplus after taking the travel involved ect and the additional pressure in the job I decided to turn it down....

Thanks for the info just to clarify... If I were bankrupt and my income was £1000 per month and I got a new job on £1500 a month my payment would increase but only in the 1st year whatever happens after this the payment amount is fixed until discharged??
