Very true Melanie and with your experience in this field its heartening to hear that. I haven't engaged my IP firm with this yet as trying to get my head round the 'what ifs'.

Hi Melanie

I made two attempts for the F&F of £2200 as I had changed jobs which left me worse off >£230 PM. I had thought of just going straight in to BR but it was the IP firm which suggested this, which was a good idea. Alas it wasn't to be

Yes, the % yes to no was less than the 75% required. This next meeting is to decide on the following options@ Issue a Certificate of Termination Petition for BR Vary the terms Take no action. Since I can now only afford about £25 pm I made a F&F for £2200. No joy!! Sometimes I fail to see the logic ...

Well after 2 x unsuccessful attempts to get a F&F, the creditors will have another meeting in October to decide my fate. They refused to accept the offer of a Full and Final knowing well I can't possibly continue to pay the amount as was agreed originally because of a change of job. Stress levels ab...

The votes went 60% for and 40% against. Because the house which I voluntarily repossessed was not included (they hadn't given a final figure after several months for inclusion) the voters were from the original creditors. Would have preferred not to have gone the BR route but such is life :-(

Hi again folks

Well went through the motions, offered the best I could muster, alas, they turned it down. MCCD done what they could but the votes weren't in my favour and I couldn't canvass anymore financial support for the F&F. BR here I come.

Well having spoken at length to my IP Super and also a BR specialist at my IP company, I will try a Full & Final if I can gather the funds and failing that, it will be the BR route. Hadnt thought on the F&F so kudos to my supervisor. I don't exactly fancy my chances offering maybe £2k against approx...

Well if I go with promotion I wont have any disposable income, I will have a better quality of life though, so which should I choose? Sounds like a no brainer but I know I have a responsibility to my existing creditors plus the new one of my mortgage holder.
