Hi Melanie
I made two attempts for the F&F of £2200 as I had changed jobs which left me worse off >£230 PM. I had thought of just going straight in to BR but it was the IP firm which suggested this, which was a good idea. Alas it wasn't to be

Yes, the % yes to no was less than the 75% required. This next meeting is to decide on the following options@ Issue a Certificate of Termination Petition for BR Vary the terms Take no action. Well after 2 x unsuccessful attempts to get a F&F, the creditors will have another meeting in October to decide my fate. The votes went 60% for and 40% against. Because the house which I voluntarily repossessed was not included (they hadn't given a final figure after several months for inclusion) the voters were from the original creditors. Would have preferred not to have gone the BR route but such is life

Well I posted on here several months ago about doing a full and final as took a drop in wages. Well they rejected twice so its BR here I come. All seems such a waste after all the pain, wish now id bit the bullet back then and went the BR route, aww well

Hi again folks
Well went through the motions, offered the best I could muster, alas, they turned it down. MCCD done what they could but the votes weren't in my favour and I couldn't canvass anymore financial support for the F&F. BR here I come.

Well having spoken at length to my IP Super and also a BR specialist at my IP company, I will try a Full & Final if I can gather the funds and failing that, it will be the BR route. Hadnt thought on the F&F so kudos to my supervisor. I don't exactly fancy my chances offering maybe £2k against approx...

Well if I go with promotion I wont have any disposable income, I will have a better quality of life though, so which should I choose? Sounds like a no brainer but I know I have a responsibility to my existing creditors plus the new one of my mortgage holder.
