Where do I find information about amounts to claim? We have a budget which was set 3.5 years ago and I'm not sure if we claim for everything or even claim enough. I spoke to a girl in the customer service department (didn't get her name). The problem I had was she wouldn't/couldn't offer any flexiability. I do think the service you get is dependant on who answers the phone!
