With the current situation you find yourself in and the strong offer you have put forward I don't see you having any problems with them accepting it. Just make sure you ask for your hands back after they've ripped them off taking the offer [:D].
Best of luck!

Tina, I'm not in my IVA now so don't think asking the ip would help, and I wouldn't want to bother them now as they have better things to deal with then my credit report. Kelly, I will give them a bit longer then the 28 days as I want to wait till the reports are updated in May just to make sure. If...

I know I have asked about these reports before but just want to clarify something if someone has managed to sort out their report from noddle. When I go on to view my report and go in the closed accounts section it shows that all status on the accounts are either settled or satisfied, great so far, ...

Hi Poppy, If you are going after a PPI refund the best advice is to do it yourself with one of the many template letters out there as you will keep the full claim, don't use the services of a company if you can help it as the fees are quite high and if the claim is small you may have to pay any exce...

I tried for the £2 report but also would not accept the debit card, but now I do need to check on something with this as while using the same debit card for something else I also got card not accepted so was curious to see if the way it was typed in made a difference and it did. But I need to try it...

Even if you have left your old bank they may still have records of your accounts. If you write to them and ask for a Subject Access Request(SAR) this will give you a complete copy of your account. They may or may not charge for this but if they ask for payment I believe it's about £10 and would be y...

I know what you mean Kallis about using the straight 2 word approuch as that is my normal way of dealing with these people if they catch me at a bad time and don't take no for a answer, but I was in a good mood so just thought I'd be polite as the girl on the other end sounded like it may have been ...

Hi all, Been getting a lot of calls lately regarding reclaiming PPI, usually just a recording but had one this evening that made me chuckle. This call was a actual person on the other end of the line from the start and was going on about how I may be able to reclaim so I got all the usual speach and...

Thank you Kelly.
I thought they had it wrong, more so as that some were shown as default months after my IVA completed.
I'll check to see if anything has been updated on my credit file and if not I'll write to them once more to see if they want to play ball, if not then I will take things further.
