Oh no, I have no intention of getting any credit. I have learned from my mistakes. I'm just thinking of how it affects getting a bank account there etc.

I am moving to Spain and I am currently in my 2nd year of an IVA. I will continue to pay it but my question is, will my credit rating still be as worthless in Spain as it is here??

Im in the early stages of an IVA and one of my debts is with Pounds Til Payday, they are REALLY not happy with me. They have phoned my work even before advising me that I had missed a payment. They said that they will get a detatchment of earning. Hmmmmm. Luckily my Boss knows my situation.

I have applied for an IVA and the wheels are in motion. I have left my old bank and I went to Nat West. When I applied for an account there were no problems with credit rating so they gave me a current account. Will they take this from me if I get accepted for an IVA?

Yes the payment goes towards IVA and refundable if I get refused.
