When I entered into my IVA,I had to resign as a trustee of a registered charity. My IVA will be completed in 6 months time and I would like to take this up again when will I be allowed to do so?

I have finally got to speak to GT and it appears that they were not given all initial details when my IVA was transferred to them. After a phone call from GT my expenses are now agreed. The problem occured because the previous company (Debtmatters) failed to pass on the correct information.

I was on an IVA when I applied for Prison work and I have never encountered any problems. As far as I know, the only checks they do are security related. I am not aware of any financial checks.

I have written to grant thornton to question this increase. I will also ask why CCCS guidelines were not considered at the start of my IVA after looking at my IEE it is clear that my IP did not do the assessment personally I will ask for this to happen.

I have been told that £288 af my expenditure does not meet CCCS guidelines. I do not know who or what this is. I have been told that the increase is half of this £288.
