could the reason for me being unable to withdraw cash from my new mastercard be because i'm not using the right cash machine for the card?

there is a number that i can call but i need to take my wages out tomorrow afternoon because i'm working in the morning driving, and the call centre usually shuts at midday so i'm in a bit of a predicament.

hello i got sent a new thinkbanking card last week and registered the card straight away, now my question is why won't any of the cash machines let me take out any money when i have wages to come out? i have tried two cash points already and nothing is happening.
