ok..i've just looked through my stuff and heres the example it gives.. basic take home £1000 basic take home inclusive of overtime £1,300 10% to b retained by you £100 remainder to be split £200 50% to b retained by you £100 50% to b paid into the iva. what do u think??? i'm thinking i get to keep m...

why would they say the 10% of your basic pay if u just ignore it????

i just compared my last two p60's and my most recent one shows i earned nearly 2 grand more than my previous one.i had a good year for overtime last year but it did'nt fall into the amount where i had to contribute more to the iva,appart from one months pay where i had to pay a plumbers bill but my ...

i know how u feel.i started my iva march 2009 and the wait to get the iva approved was a nightmare.i could'nt sleep,i got psriosis all over,MBNA called me at work too..and my bank and MINT..felt so helpless and ashamed... good luck on the approval..it does get better... and u keep ranting!!..thats w...

hi..my ip called me back tonight and i explained al this.he told me not to worry and if i do owe anything after they worked out my annual review then they will ass a month or so onto the end of my iva..pheeeew!.. i really need to stop thinking the worst of every situation..i'm a b***** wreck!..haha....

ok..i'm really bad at maths..need help....
if my basic take home pay is £1289 and i earn an extra £145 overtime a month and my iva contribution is 10% then 50/50...how much could i keep for myself????

i emailed my ip and he siad he'd get back to me shortly..nothing yet. still fretting about this as he worked out my basic take home pay at £1289..when with shift allowance its £1360..but he saw this on my payslips and still decreased my payments.im thinking he'll want the difference paying back but ...

u need to pay within 14 days of recieving your overtime.i'm in the same boat,i worked overtime to pay for a whopping plummers bill and vets bills and had nothing left for my iva.informed my ip and waiting to hear back.worried sick that my iva will fail because of this... i've never been so stressed ...

the bill was £395...plus i've had to work over time for vets bills but i have proof of them.
i have other bills such as home insurance and mortgage protection that were never added to my expenditure list,will they take this into consideration when askin for the overtime money to be paid back?
