Well I am back haha and now in month 56. All has gone well and I have just sent my valuation and mortgage balance to my IVA company. Based on what I initially said over 4 years ago can anyone tell me what is likely to happen now?

Valuation of property is £85000 and mortgage remaining is £61,280

sorry to go on but, surely if as I said my income will be going down by £220 carers and also a further £115 dla = £335pcm that the money would be mine, especially as the CT office has made the two mistakes in the first place when I should have been receiving benefit and was stuggling. sorry x

Thanks. I had just thought it might be like when you pay too much to your gas and electric and get it back (on a previous post) as I should not have been paying all my council tax each month and was due a rebate, surely as thats their error its like what I could have been saving each month, basicall...

Hi, My income is due to drop by £220pcm in March (no longer able to claim carers for child)so I thought I would see if I could have a council tax rebate. To cut a long story short they actually owe me £1700 which they will be giving me in a cheque. This is all due to their error, as I should have be...

House prices have fallen round her, would be lucky to get £100,000. £90 might be more realistic. Plus to re-mortgage it would have to be in my husbands name alone and he is only on the minimum wage, so doubt he would be able to re-mortgage.

It does says if the equity at month 54 is under £5,000 is is de minimis, and does not have to be released and there will be no adjustment to the IVA term.

Thank you. I just see on the news etc of people with hugh disabilities having their DLA reduced or stopped, my daughters disability isnt a well known one but does stop her doing stuff on her own. I just have no faith I suppose. I have managed to save a little too (give it weekly to my mum) in case o...

I am a little concerned about the future .. at present in an IVA and doing absolutely fine on £150 pcm. But worried as there is a very good chance our income will dramatically drop next year as my daughters DLA is up for review and with the new government I doubt she will get it (even though her syn...
