Hi,
Thanks for your replies. I'm sure there won't be a problem with the company paying ssp. I was just concerned about the drop in income. Will I be expeced to make it up from other allowances?
Many thanks x

Hi, Could anyone please tell me what happens when you are signed off sick by the doctor?. My husband has just been signed off for a week. Unfortunately the company that he works for do not pay sick pay. He cannot take it as holidays as holiday requests have to be approved 28 days in advance. He will...

Hi, Part of my mortgage has just come off a fixed rate as of 31/03/11. Had a chat with my financial advisor and have been lucky enough to get another fixed rate for three years. My monthly payment has gone up by £40 but fortunately I have been allowed to reduce my IVA contribution by that amount. Ha...

Hi indebtscared, Please try and not worry. You have entered into this IVA which is a legally binding agreement. What can they do? Just ignore them. I have currently made my 6th month payment and I still get the odd letter. A lot of these are computer generated so don't worry. Everything is covered. ...

I think that this is a wind up. In my opinion anyone who has had serious trouble with debt and knows the worry and stress that goes with it would not even be thinking about this. This is last chance saloon and I would certainly never do anything that would jeopardise my IVA cos I certainly don't eve...
